Villa Il Tiglio was built a few centuries ago but has been fully renovated in 2010 , keeping some of the old characteristics.
A nice driveway will bring you up to the villa and the slightly higher position of the villa will ensure some nice views of the Monte Serra.

The large enclosed and peaceful gardens include the tennis-court and also a nice, well-sized pool (11.5 meter x 5,5 meter) with sunbeds, umbrellas,
an outdoor shower and a canopy for relaxing in the shade.

The ground floor of the villa holds an independent apartment with private entrance, fully equiped kitchen, private bathroom and 2 bedrooms ( one with 2 single beds and a smaller one with 1 bed).
Next to the entrance hall you will find the living room with a large TV (satellite receiver and dvd player) and the dining area with a large , long dinnertable. But ofcourse you can have your meals outside under the canopy as well.
The fully equiped main kitchen is right next to the dining room.

Upstairs are the 5 other bedrooms, all with en-suites. 3 rooms have a queen-sized doublebed and 2 rooms have got 2 single beds.which makes Villa Il Tiglio suitable for up to 13 guests. Ideal for families or groups of friends !
